Stay Regulations – Apartments in Darłówko

To ensure our Guests a safe and peaceful stay in properties offered by DreamHouse, please read the following regulations.

  1. The short-term accommodation rental service agreement covers the rental of an apartment. The terms of the agreement are defined by these Regulations and form an integral part of the agreement. The agreement is concluded at the moment of making a reservation.

    By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read the regulations and accepted their terms.

    The Guest enters into an agreement with the company:

  3. On the day of the Guest's arrival, a deposit of 400 PLN is collected, payable in cash. The deposit is returned on the day of the Guest's departure after a prior inspection by a DreamHouse employee.
  4. The fee for the stay is paid in advance – in cash on-site on the day of arrival upon key collection. Failure to pay the full amount for the stay results in refusal to issue keys to the apartment and retention of the previously paid deposit.
  5. The hotel day begins at 16:00 on the first day of the stay and lasts until 10:00 on the last day of the stay. In case of failure to vacate the apartment by the specified hour without prior agreement with the reception, a fee for the entire next day will be charged, which does not automatically mean the possibility of staying for another night.
  6. Extension of the hotel day (stay) is possible only in case of availability of free dates.
  7. Handing over the keys on the day of departure takes place in a manner agreed upon with a DreamHouse employee.
  8. Smoking cigarettes in the apartments, violating fire safety or health and safety rules, and destroying or removing any items is prohibited. Violation of the smoking ban is equivalent to the Guest renting the apartment consenting to cover costs in the amount of 500 PLN.
  9. The Guest should immediately inform the reception employee of any defects occurring in the apartments during the stay. For defects caused by the Guest's fault, adequate financial compensation will be charged.
  10. In case of losing keys to the apartment, a fee of 100 PLN is charged.
  11. The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number reported at the time of reservation. If the number of people is greater than reported, the DreamHouse employee has the right to demand an additional fee.
  12. Children under 13 years of age should not stay in the apartment without adult supervision.
  13. In case of unforeseen circumstances, DreamHouse reserves the right to change the reserved apartment to another, of which the Guest will be informed in advance.
  14. Items left in the apartment will be sent back at the Guest's request to the indicated address at their expense.
  15. Guests residing in DreamHouse apartments are obliged to observe night silence from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.
  16. Selective waste segregation is mandatory in the facility.
  17. Frying fish is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
  18. In selected DreamHouse properties, we accept pets; however, the Guest is obliged to clean up after their pet on the premises. Pets cannot stay alone in the apartment; the Guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay and is obliged to cover the costs before check-out.
  19. The Guest is obliged to secure the rented accommodation during their absence by closing windows and doors, and turning off devices that may pose a fire hazard. In case of violation of the rules specified in this point, the DreamHouse employee is entitled to charge the Guest with costs that will allow the accommodation to be restored to its previous state.
Changes to regulations:
The Administrator is entitled to introduce changes to the provisions of the Regulations at any time and depending on their own decision. In particular, they may change the provisions of these Regulations in case of: the need to adapt the Regulations to legal provisions, recommendations/interpretations/judgments of public authorities or courts, and expansion or change of functionality of the reservation system (e.g., Hotres).
